2nd transplant experiences?

Hi
I'm posting on behalf of my 11 year old son. He has just relapsed with ALL in the marrow 12 months following his first allogeneic BMT from a sibling donor. We are being offered a 2nd transplant and would be keen to hear any encouraging stories from those who have gone through this.
We have another sibling match so there is a potential to use that or an unrelated donor. Since the first BMT has failed would it be advisable to go with an URD to increase GVHD which was minimal the first time round?
Regards
Fabfabe
