MDS Patients Wanted for Survey

The Aplastic Anemia & MDS International Foundation (AA&MDSIF) has set up an online survey to help assess how MDS and its treatment affect people's lives. Their goal is to improve MDS treatment in the future.

The survey is anonymous and voluntary, but only suitable for MDS patients currently undergoing treatment. You should be able to complete the survey in 20 to 30 minutes and you are welcome to have a family member or caregiver assist you.

MDS patients are invited to click the link below to take the survey and help the AA&MDSIF with this research. For further details see the AA&MDSIF Staying on Treatment page.

As several forum users have noticed, the survey currently requires a U.S. zip code. The AA&MDSIF is looking into changing the survey to allow non-U.S. patients to participate.

Hi,

This is Jackie from AA&MDSIF. Thank you for trying to participate in this survey and letting us know of the postal code problem. We do value your responses so we encourage you to take the survey again and use "12345" (this is a New York zip code) as the zip code. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Jean Logan by email at logan@aamds.org or by phone at (301) 279-7202, Ext. 114.
