Thumbs up Update - my husband 1 year after 2nd ATG

There pass 1 year after my husband 2nd ATG – he relapsed 2 years after the first.
He’s doing very well.
Still on ATG and doctors says he’ll go on as he’s tolerating. There have been no problems. Last May we were on vacation at Dominican Republic.
Monthly follow-up CTC. Last values were:
Hb – 13.5
RBC – 4.21
WBC – 4.2
Neutrophils – 57
Platelets – 151

I want to tell everyone that I’m grateful for the help and support I receive here.
And I want to tell everyone that is going through those difficult times that there is hope. Always! Our worst time was until a diagnosis and even more in the relapse. Those 4 months after the 2nd ATG were very difficult. But with good doctors and support, everything can be overcome.
If you want to see (there are pictures) and read about our saga with AA, you’re welcome: http://anossasagaaa.blogspot.com/

It's great to hear from you, Paula, and to know that Jorge is doing well after his second ATG.

I'm glad that you got to go on vacation. Being able to get back to enjoying your life is every patient's goal.
