financial help for Vidaza
Hi Everyone,
I found this foundation that was able to help my mother with the copays associated to Vidaza. Her co-pays were $45 each day. My mom was able to receive up to $10,000 a year towards treatment. The doctors office bills PANF directly, so you don't need to worry about the paperwork. Here's the information. I hope it helps. Patient Access Network Foundation: Patient Access Network Foundation PO Box 221858 Charlotte, NC 28222 866-316-PANF (7263) or contact@patientaccessnetwork.org |

The Patient Access Network Foundation website is at panfoundation.org.
They provide assistance with prescription drugs for 21 specific diseases, to U.S. residents who qualify until their eligibility criteria. The disease list includes myelodysplastic syndromes but not aplastic anemia or PNH. |
