Consultant recommendation

Hello all
I am looking for advice from this supportive site. I have not visited in quite a while since I lost my husband 2 years ago following complications of BMT for high risk MDS. A family member recently moved to NYC has been found to have counts suggestive of MDS- Does anyone have a recommendation of a good hematologist in NYC (excluding Sloan Kettering which is outside their health plan network)?
Thank you in advance

If Cornell works then a friend we met at Hope Lodge...

has this physician as her transplant doctor, although she had a rare type of lymphoma, he was willing to accept a challenging case, take her to transplant and she is doing very well almost two years later.

Wishing both of you well!
