How far into the Atg/cyclosphorine treatment did u see results?

hi im new to this forum my daughter was diagnosed on june 2011 started atg in july and was put on cyclosphorine ..they stopped treatment because she had to have a emergency surgery in her interstine because she bled,created a blood clot and caused her intestine to burst and became ceptic.they restarted treatment in sept 2011 and is currently on treatment she holds her platlets for an exact week and her blood for 2-3 weeks and it does go slightly up and down.her anc is above 2000 and wbc variate usually in the high 2.5.My question is when do you start to see changes and rising in counts?
