Good prognosis with TET2 mutations
Hi all,
Now researcher have found that a mutations in a gene, the TET2 gene, observed in about 20% of MDS patients represent a molecular marker for good prognosis in MDS. The TET2 (Ten-Eleven Translocation–2) gene is a putative tumor suppressor gene. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1...ubmed_RVDocSum Kind regards Birgitta-A |
