Has anyone had problems with B cells ?

Has anyone had trouble with B cells after transplant ? My blood type finally changed to donors type & I thought after that happened I would not need transfusions, but Dr says I have a problem with B cells I really didn't understand when he tried to explain. We are now waiting on results of BMB.
