Looking for new healthcare
My son has MDS with no treatment and no blasts just all low counts. He has had this for 10 years and he is now 24. He is with a Cedars HMO Dr Drazin but United Healthcare is terminated his coverage in January. It is time for a change. Does anyone have Kaiser? It is hard for my son to follow up and keep track of everything so we could use managed care with a good system. Are there any good doctors out there who would take MediCal and know other young people with MDS?
Also are there any other young people who got MDS in LA?
