MDS Foundation to Hold 11 U.S. MDS Patient and Family Forums in 2016

The Myelodysplastic Syndromes Foundation will hold 11 free one-day conferences for MDS patients and their families in 2016.

Attendees at each conference will hear from leading MDS experts. Breakfast and lunch are included. You're invited to bring mobile devices (tablets, "phablets", or smart phones) with you.

  1. Tampa, Florida - Saturday, February 27

  2. Los Angeles, California - Saturday, February 27

  3. Austin, Texas - Saturday, April 2

  4. Lebanon, New Hampshire - Saturday, May 7

  5. Boston, Massachusetts - Saturday, June 25

  6. Birmingham, Alabama - Saturday, June 25

  7. Baltimore, Maryland - Saturday, September 10

  8. Dallas, Texas - Saturday, September 10

  9. Denver, Colorado - Saturday, October 29

  10. Fort Lee, New Jersey - Saturday, October 29

  11. Miami, Florida - Saturday, November 12
To sign up for any conference or get more information, use online registration, phone the MDS Foundation at 1-800-MDS-0839 (1-800-637-0839, toll-free) or 609-298-1035 (outside the U.S.), or email Deborah Murray at dmurray@mds-foundation.org.
