Should I be concerned?

Hi guys!

Been reading some posts here, and i hope most of you will be ok.

I`m a 25 year old man of which life came to a halt 2 years ago because of ME.
In that context I have been undertaking a lot of testing, and 5 months ago I took a bone marrow sample.

It was slightly hypocellular for my age, with some modest increase in small to middle sized megakaryozytes with hypolobulated nuclei, and something similar in a couple other cell types to. Cell counts were all normal, and no blast increase.

I asked the doc to be totally honest if MDS was possible, but he didnt think so. What do you guys think?
Im taking rtx for ME in a couple of months, and it would kinda suck if my marrow is screwed with regards to autoimmunity, cause i think relapse probability is higher in that case..
Can you have morphological bone marrow abnormalities without it meaning that you`ll get MDS in the future? I know they find it in Lupus patients, i think the bone marrow can be attacked by autoantibodies so that production is disturbed..

Im having another bone marrow sample in a couple of months to hopefully rule out MDS..
