Rising LDH levels in severe aplastic anemia

My LDH levels have been steadily rising over the past several months. The latest check was 263.Last month was 220.I completely weaned off Cyclosporin for aplastic anemia 12/2016. I have been feeling extremely fatigued for months which is worsening.Sleeping 14-15 hours a day. Totally abnormal for me. Lately after exertion-hiking have been having heart racing and shortness of breath- new symptoms as I hike regularly. My neutrophil count dropped since 4/17 to below normal 1.0 -1.2 .For years I pretty much have been normal.Have had mouth sores which are bleeding for all summer and fall.New for me. Currently being treated for iritis of the right eye -which I have had before.
I am wondering what it could be? PNH clone? My urine is fine My Hgb 13 and Hct-39 normal. Creat-0.7.
I have requested a bone marrow biopsy because haven't had that done since 2011. Any ideas?
