Marrow Cellularity. How Low Can You Go?

I am 53 years old with chronic neutropenia & bone marrow cellularity at 10%-15%.

I'm fairly healthy with no malignancy & on 'watch & wait' for who knows what!

I'd be really interested to know if:

Any of you have similar or lower cellularity?

What is the lowest percentage of cellularity anyone has continued to be healthy at?

Has anyone stabilised at a low percentage for a number of years or does it always decline further?

It doesn't always decline further, but I've seen as low as 1% on the message board. What are your peripheral blood counts? That makes a big difference. If you have 10% cellularity but a hemoglobin of 8 it is different than you have 10% cellularity but a hemoglobin of 3. Some people's bodies conserve white blood cells at the expense of hemoglobin or platelets, and vice versa.

I have a 15 year old with cellular it if 30%. I would be interested in knowing the same. We are in the "watch and wait" phase as well. Wait and watch for what? He has had 3 BMW with no change and mildly low WBC and Hemaglobin and no ion stores (which the doctors feel are not related to low cellularity). Can anyone share if they have had low cellularity that turned into something? And what if so?

My sons was 5% at one time (2011, when he was 15) but is now back up to 20%, so it can go back up. He's healthy, albeit with very low blood counts.
