How to find patients in your area
Marrowforums has added a new forum: Your Local Area
If you would like to find other patients in the area where you live, or the area where you are receiving treatment, check the Your Local Area forum for a thread matching your location. If you don't see a thread for your area, you can start your own thread there by clicking the New Thread button in that forum, or click this link. The thread title should identify your city, state, province, region, or country, e.g.,
Once you identify someone in your area, the next step is to get in touch with them. To make contact, it is not necessary to post your phone number or email address in the forums, and better for your privacy if you don't. Instead, we recommend that you use a Private Message or email. See the Frequently-Asked Questions Member-to-member Communications page for instructions on sending Private Messages and email to other Marrowforums members. |

Other ways to find patients
Since aplastic anemia, MDS, and PNH are rare diseases, other patients in your area may also be "rare." That's one of the reasons for Marrowforums, which lets patients connect online. Still, finding other patients in your geographic region can provide an additional avenue of support.
