AAMAC Patient Education Day in Montreal, October 19, 2013

A free Patient Education Day will take place in Montreal, Quebec on Saturday, October 19, 2013. The event will be hosted by the Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC). This is the first time AAMAC has held its Education Day in the province of Quebec.

An exciting day is planned for aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS, myelodysplasia), and PNH patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Patient Education Day attendance is free. Breakfast and lunch are included. Simultaneous translation will be available for all presentations.

AAMAC Patient Education Day

Saturday, October 19, 2013, from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Registration and breakfast begin at 8:00am. The program will begin at 8:30am.

Download the Registration Form and mail or email it to AAMAC. Registration Forms are also available in the AAMAC Spring and Summer Newsletters or by phoning the AAMAC office at 905-780-0698 or 888-840-0039 toll-free.

The registration deadline is Friday, October 8, 2013.
