AG-221 clinical trial

I am going to participate in the AG-221 clinical trial. It is specific to AML and MDS patients with an IDH2 gene mutation. It is phase 1 in which 6 out of 7 patients have shown positive results. Taking part in this trial will delay starting Vidaza by about a month. Any comments please.
