exstramedullary isolated relapse after BMT

hello evryone

i made my bone marrow transplant from 2 years , i was suffering from
ALL acute lymphoblastic leukemia , and evrthing was ok , i had acute and chronic GVHD but it was not so bad and i passed it .

all that time till this month my tests was good BMA was CR.
i felt some abdominal masses so i made a CT scan showed like ALL isolated involvment , i made renal biopsy showed exstramedullary isolated relapse Type B . in both kidney , and the bone marrow still in complete remission.

the doc where i'm, he said it's so rare , for him he it never passed like my case in his way i'm the fisrt here, it could be cause i'm in eastern country no studies and not lot of equipment ...

my question to you all , if anyone one on this forum have information about like my case
or anyone know that there is any new studies in any hospital i will be so greatful for evryone
