Klebsiella pneumonae in mouth and tongue sores

Hello fellow warriors!

So, I been having this nasty infection in my mouth for almost a year now and I really don't know what to do with it anymore.
I turn to this community in hopes that maybe somebody can turn me in the right direction.

I had my round of ATG in December 2015, recovery took about a half a year. To this day I've been on and off with strong antibiotics so I'm assuming my gut flora is destroyed. Last year in June I've noticed mouth ulcers on tongue and inside cheeks.
I've tried a combination of chlorhexidine digluconate which were helpful in the beginning until this became chronic, diagnosed by my dentist which also gave me all kinds of medicines for mouth wash and treatment of sores. She also took a culture and it turns out I have Klebsiella pneumonae in these ulcers. I've read in various articles that this is a superbacteria which can cause pneumonia.

My question is: Did anyone had this and managed to get rid of it with any medicine, be it natural or chemical?

Any help is appreciated.

Salt water may be of benefit.

Maybe try gargling with salt water several times each day.

If you can get Manuka honey you may find that soothing and healing.
