Help with bmb cytogenics

47,XY,+8[16]/50,idem,+8,+19,+21[4]

INTERPRETATION:

Chromosome analysis reveals an abnormal male karyotype with
two related clones. The stemline clone (16/20 cells) shows
trisomy 8. The sideline clone (4/20 cells) shows tetrasomy 8
and trisomies 19 and 21. Trisomy 8 was observed in the
previous studies. The presence of additional aberrations is
suggestive of clonal evolution.

This is different from bmb in September that showed +8 in all cells
Any thoughts?
