Registering for October's Conference

I need some help with registering for the October 4th, Education Day in TO
Do we need to pre-register or just go there and register that morning? What are the costs involved? Is there any help with the costs?
Perhaps Chris can send me a direct e-mail, but others may want to know as well.

Hello Ulla.

Glad to hear that you're interested in the conference. We just posted the program and registration form at www.aamac.ca under "meetings and events." All you need to do is fill in the form in advance and send it to the contact provided.

There is no cost to attend and lunch is included free of charge. As well a limited number of travel scholarships are available to patients on a first come first served to help Canadians outside the Greater Toronto Area with travel expenses. If anyone is interested in travel assistance they can contact me directly for details at ontario@aamac.ca or 416-994-6712.
