Vidaza side effects

On 10th treatment and have had pain in teeth and gum since 6th treatment . At first thought it was in the jaw but was so close was hard to tell. Told doctor and had not had that reported personally to him and as to keep check on it.

I am a female, age 72
Has anyone had this side effect as to the pain in teeth and gum?

Prior to my bone marrow transplant, I had 11 cycles of Vidaza. During the first few days of each cycle, I did have pain in my teeth and gums. I had another 10 cycles post-BMT with a different set of side effects - of course it interacted differently with my new immune system. Has your pain been continual or does it fluctuate during each cycle?

Yes, I had tooth pain with Vidaza. It was the kind of ache you get when you have a cold, the full sinus type tooth ache if that makes sense.

Regards
