Revlmid Party maybe ending

After 4 + years my Dr. is thinking Revlimid may not be working anymore. I went in today for my 3 month checkup which is usually uneventful but my platelets decided to make it interesting. Usually my platelets hang around 50-60 but today they were at 34. I have to go back next Monday and get another BMB after the Revlimid and Neupogen are out of my system.
I'm worried about what plan B is going to be and how it will affect my working. I'm guessing Vidaza but right now just a guess.
Should be a fun 2 weeks waiting to do the BMB and waiting to see what plan B is.

Wonderful to read about someone who has been responding to Revlimid more than 4 years!

You know platelets can fluctuate very much and there is not much difference between 50 and 34. You have perhaps been eating something that decreases platelets.

Interesting with a BMB after treatment with Revlimid - I have read about patients who had less fibrosis after Revlimid/Thalidomide.
