Large platelets & hypogranular neutrophils?

My last CBC showed large platelets and hypogranular neutrophils and I've often had Pelger-Huet neutrophils noted in the past. I was surprised about the platelet comment as my platelet count has risen to not far below normal this year and has never been lower than 90,000.

I've done a bit of research but am interested in comments from forum members on the implications of these aberrations.
