Vidaza vs Dacogen

Hi all,
Both Vidaza (azacytidine)and Dacogen (decitabine) can have effect in MDS patients. Vidaza shows a little better results but we know that some patients only have a positive response when they get Dacogen. Still they don't know anything about which drug that suits the individual patient best:
