Foods to Increase Counts

I've been researching different foods that can increase platelet counts or help sustain them. They are as follows

Vitamin C is very important because it not only works to increase platelet counts but also helps sustain these counts.
Vitamin C Oranges or Orange Juice
Carrots (or juice)
Apples
Kale
Spinach
Lots of water
Dried Fruit
Almonds
Beets

Antioxidant Juices
Blueberry
Pomegranate
Rasberry

If anyone has any more info it would be appreciated. I am going to start a special juice diet I found in an Aplastic Anemia Remedy Book. It is supposed to increase platelet counts. I am going to start the juice diet ASAP and I will let everyone know how it works. I also read that was is great because it cleanses the liver and organs of impurities.
