Walter, my 20 y cat, passed away recently. He was my wife & my support.

After 18 years as part of our family, my cat Walter passed away recently. In the last couple of years, when I had to be hospitalized and live in the hospital for over six months, he was an incredible source of support for my wife. And it was my goal to get home from the hospital to spend time with Walt and our other senior, Dorothy (who's 21). I made it home and was able to be here with them for over a year, although due to my compromised immune system, I still couldn't hold them without gloves and haven't been able to sleep in the same room. Doesn't matter - I got to spend time with him.

My wife and I put together this video to memorialize Walt and my journey over the last few years.
