Navy vets with MDS

Would like to talk with any Navy Vets that have MDS and any facts associated with MDS. My time in the service resulted in other medical problems.

Steve,

Here are two forum threads you might want to read:
MDS, Agent Orange and the VA: vets with MDS talking about Veterans Administration benefits.

One-day Patient Conference in Boston: the details about a free conference coming up in your state. One of the conference sessions will be a workshop called "Veterans & Bone Marrow Failure Diseases".

Navy vets with MDS

I was in the Navy from 1971 to 1975. While serving on a minesweeper I did a lot of painting, paint stripping and clean up of paint. Not sure what was in the solvents and paint strippers that were used but I'm hoping to investigate that to see if there was benzene. There definitely was not any safety training and not much in the way of safety training or personal protect gear back in those days.
