Mom just diagnosed with MDS RAEB-2...
My wonderful, kind and amazing, otherwise very healthy Mother was diagnosed Friday before last. We are understandably in shock, dealing with it as best we can. She is a trooper, remaining positive and encouraging us even though she is scared. She started Vidaza, week on, 3 off. Can anyone share their experiences with me...on how best to support her and what she may have to go through? Don't sugar coat it please. Thank you so much for everyone's amazing stories. This forum is a powerful community. I am grateful for each one of you.
