Here is an interesting video about treatment for MDS. I hope I manage with the link. http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/576546. Azacitidine = Vidaza, Dacitabine = Dacogen, Lenalidomide = Revlimid and Romiplostim = AMG 531 or Nplate (that should be avoided).

OK, too bad that the link is complicated ! I did registrate because I wanted to se the video with three of the best reseachers on MDS in the world. It is really very informative and perhaps some of our members will registrate. The video is about 30 minutes.
