ATG Response in relapse

Hi all,

My wife, Claire, is at her 9th week post ATG. She was diagnosed with VSAA in Nov 2011, went into remission, and relapsed in Oct 2014.

For those who had a relapse and responded to 2nd ATG, how long did it take to show any response? During her 1st treatment, Claire showed improvement starting about 7th week. This time, we have yet to see much improvement in platelets while her WBC/ANC has reached normal levels and her hemo is low but holding steady for more than a month now. She is also on 100mg Promacta this time.

Good luck to all!
