Post transplant biopsy
My husband had his 100 day bone marrow biopsy and I was just wondering what all are they normally testing for post transplant bone marrow biopsys?

It's a "cell checkup".
They typically look at the number of each type of bone marrow cell, seeing if their shapes and sizes are normal, and then doing a lab analysis of the chromosomes. |

Also they should be testing antibodies, to see what level they are to normal...
At day 32 they tested my antibodies expecting to see zero's but were surprised to see some activity in all the different types of antibodies... (I did have a T-cell depleted transplant, so not sure if it's the case on all transplants)
