Son 15 month old baby has droping platelet and homoglobin

Son 15 month old baby has droping platelet and homoglobin. Bone marrow show some atypical cells or abnormal cells but doctors said its not leukemia.what abromal are these?

Cytogenetics from bone marrow show 2 abnormal clones with hyperdiploidy 50xy with an extra copy of y and extra copies of 6,8, 21 with translocation involving chromosome 12, chromosome 3 and chromosome 11. Can you please give your opinion about this infomation as doctors here could not give any diagnosis.
